Files with suffix .dat are the original raw data files as collected.  Files ending in .csv are files for which values have either been altered or 
values 
replaced with "NaN"


HMSC_202312.csv  -  	The temperature sensor failed during this month.  A new sensor was installed on 12/23 at 10:30.  The failure was 
			not sudden but intermittent over a 3-day period.  Mean, minimum and maximum temperature values along with relative humidity
			for the entire duration were set to missing in the .csv file (missing = NaN). Some of the data for this period could 
			be OK but care should be taken if using temperature or RH data for the affected period.
