Files with suffix .dat are the original raw data files as collected.  Files ending in .csv are files for which values have either been altered or 
values replaced with "NaN"


HMSC_202401.csv  -  	1.	One line of data was missing from the original file.  This was filled with missing values

				Date Affected:  2024-04-03 07:50 


			2.	This region experienced an ice storm starting on Jan 13th.  With heavy precipitation and temperatures 
				at or just below freezing the wind sensors iced up.  The east winds were quite strong but the 
				reported wind values were all zero.  Values for this period have been set to missing (NaN).
				AWS, AWD, SIG, Gust were all affected.

			3.	A few days after the ice storm cleared the pressure values quite reporting properly.  A new cable was
				installed on Jan 22nd and seemed to fix the issue.
